Limited Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products and want every family to feel confident when shopping with us.
Our products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of delivery.
This limited warranty covers issues caused by defects in materials or workmanship under normal and intended use.
What is covered
- Faulty stitching or seams
- Broken or defective buckles, straps, or closures
- Manufacturing flaws in fabric or construction
- Product defects present upon arrival or found during normal use within the warranty period
What is not covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidents
- Fading, discoloration, or fabric wear from frequent use, chlorine, saltwater, sun exposure, or improper washing
- Damage caused by alterations or repairs not authorized by us
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
How to make a warranty claim
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@paddle-pals.com with:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the product
We will review your claim and, if approved, offer an appropriate solution such as a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and only to products purchased directly from our official store.
